2 years ago a kid told me that Cookie Monster was being changed to Veggie Monster. So I looked it up and found out he was eating less cookies to teach children healthy eating. Cookie Monster is a much better role model for teaching healthy eating to kids than Michelle Obama.

I will give you the recipe, it was a mistake I made about 35 years ago, and was the only mistake I ever made when making cookies. Use the Toll House Cookie Recipe. It requires you to mix the sugars and the liquids together, then it asks you to mix the flour, salt and baking powder in a seperate bowl. Do not add the second bowl to the first and bake the first bowl for about 10 to 12 minutes. After you pull the now brittle out of the over you then find your mother to find out your mistake, or at least that is what I did as I was 12 at the time.

I know the sugar does not get cooked out, I once cooked them without the flour, the sugar turned everything into a cookie brittle type thing. Cooking cookies is always fun, but my wife does not let me cook them as much as I would like for fear of me ending up looking like "Fat Dan"
